Spinach Soup

Recipe Ingredients
1 package frozen chopped spinach
½ cup water
½ teaspoon salt
dash of pepper
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1 onion cut in half
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
In medium saucepan place spinach, water, salt, pepper, nutmeg and onion. Cook until spinach is completely thawed. Place saucepan contents in blender, adding soup, sour cream and butter. Blend at high speed until thoroughly mixed. Heat in double boiler.
