Strudel

Recipe Description

Recipe Ingredients

½ pound butter
1 cup sour cream
2 or more cups sifted flour
2 small jars apricot preserves
2 cups chopped nuts
1 package coconut (8 ounces)
1 cup raisins

Instructions

Melt butter; when cool add sour cream and flour. Divide into 4 parts. Refrigerate 4 hours or over night. Let stand at room temperature. Roll out on floured board. Spread with ½ jar preserves, ½ cup nuts, ¼ package coconut, 1/4cup raisins. Roll and place on ungreased sheet. Bake at 350° oven 1 hour, cut while hot. Top with powdered sugar.
