Stuffed Flounder

Recipe Description

Recipe Ingredients

Sauté 1 cup fresh mushrooms, 1 onion, sliced thin; 1 cup bread crumbs. 
Lightly season with salt and freshly ground pepper. Set aside. 
Using 1 lb. fillet of flounder, place mushroom mixture near edge of 
each fillet, roll and secure with toothpicks. Place in baking dish. 
Dilute 1 can of cream of  mushroom soup with 3 tablespoons 
sherry and pour over fish. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
