Stuffed Mushrooms Florentine

Recipe Ingredients
2 10 ounce packages frozen chopped spinach
36 large muchrooms
1¼ cups butter
3 cloves crushed garlic
½ cup fine bread crumbs
3 chopped onions
1½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon dried mustard
5 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
Cook spinach according to package directions. Drain and wring out to 1½ cups. Wash mushrooms, remove and chop stems. Cook garlic in melted butter 1 minute. Dip mushrooms caps in butter and garlic and set aside. Sauté onions and mushrooms stems until soft (10 minutes). Add spinach, bread crumbs, and seasonings; mix. Fill each cap and sprinkle on cheese. Cool and freeze. Bake at 375° for 10 to 25 minutes. If not frozen, bake 15 minutes.
