Stuffing - Chicken
Recipe Description
Recipe Ingredients
1 whole wheat or cracked wheat sliced bread
˝ cup warm water or chicken broth
1 egg
3 onions
4 stalks celery
1/3 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
salt and pepper
Toast bread, add the warm water and egg. Sauté the onions and celery,
add to bread mixture, season with salt and pepper. If you like a moist
stuffing, add extra water.
