Sweet and Sour Salmon

Recipe Ingredients
4 slices of salmon
1 ½ cups water
½ cup vinegar
¼ cup sugar
bay leaf
4 black peppercorns
2 tablespoons molasses
¼ cup raisins
1 large onion, sliced
salt and pepper
Instructions
Put everything except salmon in pan and simmer for 15 minutes. Add salmon and cook 30 minutes, add ½ teaspoon ginger and ½ teaspoon cinnamon and cook another hour. Can be used for trout or mackerel.
