Sweet & Sour Brisket

Recipe Ingredients
4 to 6 lbs. brisket
Sauce:
1 package onion soup mix
½ cup cider vinegar
1 cup ketchup
½ cup light or dark brown sugar
Instructions
Blend and heat sauce ingredients. Place brisket in pot roast pan. Pour sauce over meat and cover. Roast in 325° oven until tender, about 3 ½ hours.
