Recipe Ingredients
¾ cup Bulghur
2 large bunches parsley, chopped
¼ cup dried mint
½ bund green onions, chopped
2 large chopped tomatoes
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
2 to 3 teaspoons salt
pepper to taste
½ to 2/3 cup lemon juice
½ cup olive oil
Instructions
Rinse bulghur, drain and squeeze excess water out. Place chopped vegetables on top of bulghur in large bowl. Add seasonings and mix thoroughly. Before serving add oil and lemon juice and toss well. Adjust seasonings to taste. Serve on lettuce.
