Tongue Polonaise
Recipe Description
Recipe Ingredients
Boil pickled tongue in usual manner. When cool, trim and slice very thin.
Lay out slices in pan spread with the following sauce:
1 medium can apricot juice
12 ginger snaps
4 tablespoons vinegar
½ cup sugar
½ cup white raisins
Boil above ingredients for 15 minutes. Pour over tongue and heat through.
