Tongue Sauce

Recipe Ingredients
1 large onion
¾ cup white raisins
12 oz. Jar apricot preserves
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
Combine all ingredients and cook over low heat until raisins are plump and thick. Remove from heat and spread over cooked, sliced tongue. Cover pan with aluminum foil and bake in 325° oven for 30 minutes
