Tuna Dip

Recipe Description

Recipe Ingredients

2 7 oz. cans tuna fish
½ lb. cream cheese
¼ cup dry sherry
¼ cup sour cream
1 tablespoon grated onion
3 tablespoons chili sauce
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons minced parsley

Instructions

Drain and flake the tuna fish. Beat the cheese smooth, then blend in the sherry, sour cream, onion, chill sauce, worcestershire sauce, pepper and parsley. Mix in the tuna fish and taste for seasoning. Heap n bowl. Serve with potato chip, crisp crackers, or toast squares. Makes about 3 cups.
