Tuna Kugel

Recipe Ingredients
1 8 oz package noodles (fine)
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
1 can (6 oz) tuna
3 tablespoons melted butter
4 eggs
1 cup sour cream
2 cups cottage cheese
4 tablespoons dried bread crumbs
Instructions
Cook and drain noodles. Beat together eggs, salt, sour cream and sugar. Stir in cottage cheese, noodles and tuna. Turn into buttered 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and butter. Bake at 325° for 1 hour. Serves 8. Optional can add frozen peas, or pimentos, or any leftover vegetable
