Tuna Salad with Sour Cream

Recipe Ingredients

2 cans tuna, drained & flaked
¼ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup sour cream
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon lemon pepper
4 tablespoons minced scallions
2 tablespoons minced parsley
1 head lettuce, shredded
2 tablespoons anchovy paste (optional)
1 clove garlic, minced (optional)

Instructions

Mix everything together except the lettuce and tuna. Add lettuce and tuna to the mixture and toss. Serves 6. if you like it moister, add more sour cream and mayonnaise.
