Veal De Naranja
Recipe Description
Recipe Ingredients
Brown 2 lbs. Cubed veal in a little oil. Combine with; 1 teaspoon salt,
1 cup orange juice, ½ cup raisins, ½ cup walnuts, ¼ teaspoon cinnamon,
¼ teaspoon ground cloves. Bring to boil in dutch oven and simmer 1 hour.
Note: if recipe is doubled, use 1 1/3 cups orange juice or if recipe
is tripled, use 2 cups of orange juice
