Vegetable Medley

Recipe Description

Recipe Ingredients

6 tablespoons butter
1 pound mushrooms, sliced
˝ teaspoon salt
˝ teaspoon marjoram
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup thinly sliced carrots
12 tiny white onions
2 cups sliced zucchini

Instructions

In large skillet, melt butter, add mushrooms, salt, pepper and marjoram and sauté 5 minutes, then stir in lemon juice. Steam the carrots and onions 10 minutes (covered), add zucchini and steam covered another 5minutes until tender. Gently stir steamed vegetables into mushrooms and heat together. Serves 6.
