Vegetarian Cutlets
Recipe Description
Recipe Ingredients
½ lb walnuts, grind in meat grinder, set aside. In a wooden bowl chop fine
2 large onions, 1 clove garlic. Add the walnuts and 2 eggs, pinch of salt
and dash of pepper. Mix thoroughly. Spray fry pan with vegetable non-stick
spray and cover with thin film of oil. With wet hands make into oval shaped
patties. Fry until golden brown on each side. Do not turn until first side
is done. Serve hot or cold with ketchup, mustard or pickles.
