Vermicelli & Rice
Recipe Description
Recipe Ingredients
Brown: 1/8 pound butter or margarine, ¼ pound vermicelli crumbled
and 1 cup rice. Add: 1 can chicken soup, 1 can water and seasoned salt,
pepper. Cover. Stir with fork until liquid is absorbed. Simmer
over low heat 20 to 25 minutes.
