Walnut Frosties

Recipe Description

Recipe Ingredients

2 cups flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
1 egg
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
½ cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

Combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add sugar to butter and cream until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla. Gradually add dry ingredients, mixing well after each addition. Shape into 1 inch balls. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookies sheet. Make a depression in center of each cookie; place 1 teaspoon toping in depression. Bake at 350° for 12 to 14 minutes until delicately browned. Toping: combine 1 cup chopped walnuts, ½ cup brown sugar, and ¼ cup sour cream. Mix well.
