Zucchini and Sesame Seeds

Heat 3 tablespoons oil in large skillet, add 1 zucchini, peeled
and sliced, 1 medium onion sliced. Cook 55 to 10 minutes. Stir.
Quickly add tablespoons sesame seeds, 1 tablespoon soy sauce and ½
teaspoon salt. For added flavor, toast the sesame seeds.
